Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee project management of data centre projects to ensure the projects are completed within the approved budget, time frame, quality standard as well as fulfilling local regulations
• Draft, manage and administer all procurement of design, construction, fitting out and renovation projects in order to resolve design-related issues in conjunction with vendors, operation team and consultants
• Oversee procurement process and evaluate recommendations by appointed project management company
• To coordinate with various in-house departments and external consultants from inception to project completion and handling over to end users
•  Ensure compliance of the relevant quality and safety standard / procedures and other statutory requirements

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Building Services, Electrical & Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines is preferred
• Ample and relevant working experience, familiar with electrical and/or mechanical maintenance. Experience in Data Centre design and construction will be an advantage
• Strong project management & communication skills and can work under pressure
• Knowledge of Hong Kong Environment Ordinance is preferred
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
