Accounting Officer

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily accounting operations including data entry, accounts payable, fixed asset& receivable, vouchers and cheque payments
• Handle bank book and bank reconciliation
• Provide support of administration functions such as contract custodian, office procurement, coordination with other department
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• LCCI Higher level or Diploma in Accounting or Finance or related disciplines
• Minimum of 3 years working experience in account payable, knowledge in Oracle is an advantage
• Self-motivate, hard-working and willing to learn
• Able to work under pressure
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel
• Good command  of both written and Spoken English and Chinese
